5. Prize Vehicles and Post Transfer Actions

If you win a vehicle, once the prize is transferred into your name, Smash and Bash has no control over what you do with it.
Any decision to drive, sell, modify, or destroy the vehicle is your independent choice and responsibility.
You agree that Smash and Bash is not responsible for:

• Injuries or damages related to your use or destruction of the vehicle
• Legal consequences arising from unsafe or unlawful actions
• Any third party harm related to your actions

6. No Guarantee of Winning

Participation in a giveaway does not guarantee any prize.
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, graphics, and digital art on the site are owned by or licensed to Smash and Bash and are protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, resell, or misuse the intellectual property without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smash and Bash is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
